Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged anything during this period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing — no questions asked.
💡 You can cancel your trial at any time by contacting Luh directly at luhbraziliantrainer@gmail.com before the 7 days are up.
After the free trial ends and a payment is processed, a refund may be issued only if the client has not yet accessed their personalized dashboard or workout plan.
This policy exists because each workout plan is built personally by Luh based on the information you provided. Once a plan has been created and the dashboard has been accessed, significant time and work has been invested on your behalf.
- ✅ Eligible for refund: Payment made but dashboard never accessed
- ❌ Not eligible for refund: Dashboard accessed or plan viewed
- ❌ Not eligible for refund: Dissatisfaction with results after following the plan
- ❌ Not eligible for refund: Forgetting to cancel before the trial ended
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of your first charge:

- 📝 Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund
Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to your plan until then.
Monthly plan: Cancel anytime, access continues until end of the current month.
Annual plan: Cancel anytime, access continues until the end of the annual period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months on the annual plan unless dashboard was never accessed.
