I started working out when I was 15yo β from ballet and swimming to Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, volleyball, soccer, and futevΓ΄lei. Fitness isn't just my job, it's who I am. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Physical Education from the University of BrasΓlia in 2021, coached 101+ clients and led group classes in Brazil, then moved to Maryland where I earned my ACSM Personal Trainer Certification.
